Anchorage Memories June22/02
Fund raising letter
Sponsorship Form

Since I spend a lot of time running and trying to improve my physical and mental condition, I have devoted a page to it.

Currently I am training to run the Orlando Half Ironman on May 23/07.

I plan to benefit the 'Fundacion Cardio Infantil" in Bogota, Colombia.   I need your help!

Running is a great thing to do mentally and physically. Preparing for and participating in an endurance event is a great experience. Helping others in the process is truly priceless. As I have said in the past, I'll do my part training and running, with your financial help, we can help others.

On February 1st/04 I completed the Miami Marathon. I did not write about that experience. It was a rainy day and I was very happy to see Sandra there on the course. I made my PR by starting slow and on my own. I did have a crisis on mile 4 still not sure why.

On November 2 of 2003 I completed the New York Marathon in a time of 3:57:11 you can read about that experience HERE

On November 9/2002 I run the Sacramento International Marathon in a time of 3:51:52 my best time so far. I was also a mentor for a group of TNT participants.

When I run the Anchorage marathon back on June of 2002, I had a great experience with Team in Training, the fund raising arm of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of America. I documented most of the experience here. It started with the fund raising letter that got me to raise over $ 5,000. the fund raising letter Then there are the supporters who made it possible and to whom I am very grateful. the financial supporters

I wanted to share with people my progress which I documented
